

UX Designer
What is the job?
We’re lucky to work with fantastic clients such as the BBC, easyJet, AJBell, Hastings Direct, Heathrow, Omaze, Travis Perkins, Premier Inn and YOOX Net-A-Porter Group. Helping them to innovate and continuously improve through research and experimentation, and helping them to mature and scale their experimentation programmes.
However, Creative CX is growing because we’ve been winning additional clients and doing more great work for our existing clients. This is very exciting as it means it’s time to find a new talented individual to join our wonderful CCX team!

To do this, we’re looking for a highly motivated mid-level UX Designer with 2+ years of practical experience in a UX design role. The successful candidate will be confident in applying user-centered design principles to solve complex customer problems, create seamless digital experiences, and drive measurable improvements through design. They will also be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of UX research methodologies. We always strive to deliver measurable improvements to grow our clients’ businesses, so it’s desirable that this candidate is also comfortable with data and experimentation.
We need you to
- Recommend impactful,user-friendly, and viable solutions that address business objectives and are based on evidence from user research, data analysis and A/B test results.
- Apply UX best practices, accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) and psychology principles to design accessible experiences that consider user behaviour, cognitive load, and decision-making patterns.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma to communicate ideas and ensure successful handoff to developers.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams (UX researchers, developers, experimentation consultants) to gather requirements and deliver feasible solutions that meet the brief.
- Deliver effective, user-friendly solutions that work responsively across mobile, web, and app.
- Work within and contribute to scalable desing systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across products.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with clients, supporting workshops, presentations, and stakeholder engagement.
- To support research activities in our Opportunity Audits, UX Research projects and Human Centred Design projects.

You’ll have
- A Batchelor’s degree in design-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
- A knowledge and passion for the Human-centred design process and UX Design.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design experience, with clear examples of user-centred design, strategic thinking, creative thinking and measurable outcomes.
- Strong Figma skills, with the ability to create high fidelity designs and prototypes for client sign off, developer handover and usability testing.
- Experience supporting user research e.g. User Interviews, Moderated Usability Testing, CX/behavioural surveys, groups workshops.
- Excellent communication and client skills, with the ability to present design work confidently and clearly.
- The ability to understand different business models for our wide variety of clients.
- A desire to support others, contributing to team culture and working across disciplines.
Nice to have
- Experience of running collaborative ideation sessions, workshops, and training sessions.
- Proficiency in using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Thorough understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, Personalisation.
- Experience running qualitative user research studies e.g. User Interviews and Moderated Usability Testing.
