We’re looking for a talented Senior Strategy Consultant with 4+ years of practical experience in Experimentation, Optimisation, CRO, CXO.

The Senior Strategy Consultant is key to not only driving significant improvements and actionable learnings, but also in helping our clients to realise the full potential of experimentation. To guide them and provide the direction that they need for long-term and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • To lead and manage the experimentation / optimisation programmes for a handful of enterprise level clients.
  • To create powerful, high impact online experiments (A/B/n Tests) for our clients, that are based on evidence from user research and data analysis. We have specialist UX consultants at Creative CX who you can work alongside in order to carry out the research.
  • To manage the whole experiment life-cycle from research, ideation and test planning, all the way to the evaluation stage.
  • To work closely with our in-house developers (client-side and full-stack) and QA team to ensure that A/B/n tests are built to a very high standard.
  • To conduct experiment evaluations using experiment platform metrics and also Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, ContentSquare, Full Story, Quantum Metric, Glassbox etc.
  • To build evidence-based strategic roadmaps for our clients that take into account the overall potential for the customers and the business.
  • To ultimately help our clients realise the transformational power of Experimentation and Optimisation for their organisations, through collaboration, guidance, workshops and training.

Core requirements

  • Both highly knowledgeable and passionate about Experimentation and Optimisation.
  • Exemplary communication and client skills.Experience of using enterprise level experimentation platforms (eg
  • Optimizely, VWO, Monetate, Google Optimise, Adobe Target)
  • Proficient in the various types of experiments e.g. A/B/n, Personalisation, MVT, Multi-channel.
  • A good understanding of the different statistical models applicable to experimentation (Bayesian, Sequential, Frequentist, etc).
  • Proficient in using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

Nice to have

  • Experience of running collaborative ideation sessions, workshops, training sessions.
  • A good understanding of server-side experimentation and when this is the most appropriate method for our clients.
  • SQL, Python and/or R for more advanced analysis.
  • Dashboarding Tools (Tableau)
  • Accreditations or certificates with Experimentation and Analytics platforms as
  • well as any relevant courses in Optimisation or Experimentation.
  • Experience of public speaking

Description

As a successful candidate, you have an excellent understanding of Experimentation principles and are well-versed with A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, Monetate, A/B tasty, or Optimize.

You will be part of a team (a project manager, a Strategy consultant and sometimes another developer), where along with the consultants, you will be responsible primarily for the development of client-side experiments.

We offer detailed training to ensure you understand the company’s processes and are confident to build and debug A/B tests and tracking solutions using our internal processes. We use several A/B testing tools, such as Optimizely, Adobe Target, Monetate, VWO, Optimize, and A/B Tasty.

Each Developer has several clients to work on, individually or with others. They will work with a Senior Developer to ensure that projects are delivered as per scope.

Primary purpose

To deliver high-quality, front-end experiments to the exact specification.

Required skills

  • Good understanding of experimentation (A/B testing) principles
  • 3 to 4 years with one or more A/B Testing solutions, including Optimizely, Adobe Target, Monetate, Optimize or VWO.
  • Advanced knowledge of native Javascript ES5 – ES6
  • Good understanding of one or more Single Page Application frameworks, such as React JS, Angular JS or Vue JS.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS(including LESS and SASS)
  • Experience in cross-browser/device testing and ensuring consistency across them
    all
