What Is The Job?

Creative CX is growing as a result of winning additional clients and doing more great work for our existing clients. This is very exciting as it means it’s time to find a new talented individual to join our wonderful CCX team!

We are seeking an experienced, meticulous and detail-orientated QA Engineer.  You will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality before they go live.  You will work closely with our teams of Designers, Strategists and Developers, testing functionality and ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple digital platforms, devices and clients.

We Need You To

  • Test and evaluate A/B and multivariate experiments across multiple browsers, devices and operating systems.
  • Perform QA on environments including integration, end to end acceptance and A/B testing 
  • Have strong experience with web application testing on multiple devices, including tablets and mobiles running  IOS and  Windows operating systems
  • Define test cases and scenarios based on project specifications.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform comprehensive QA prior to test launch, ensuring the validity of experiment design and functionality.
  • Work closely with our team of developers to debug and resolve front-end issues.
  • Contribute to improving QA  processes reporting.
  • Have experience of regression testing
  • Be able to identify and track bugs to a satisfactory resolution.

You’ll Have

  • A minimum of 2 years experience and currently in a similar position in an agency or in-house
  • A solid understanding of A/B testing.
  • Experience of working within an agile environment.  
  • Knowledge of experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Content Square, Adobe Target)
  • Strong understanding of QA testing methodologies, tools and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software
  • A keen interest in understanding where and how AI can support the evolution of our services.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards 

Nice To Have

  • Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java) for test automation.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Relevant experience in conduct performance and load testing
