Founded in 2017, Creative CX is a specialist Experimentation Consultancy.
We help businesses research, optimise, personalise and innovate across the entire customer experience to drive measurable growth.
And we help them establish and scale research and experimentation programmes so that every team can experiment, everywhere.
We’re lucky to work with fantastic clients such as easyJet, AJ Bell, Hastings Direct, Heathrow, Pizza Hut, Premier Inn, M&S, and Virgin Media O2.
Helping them innovate and continuously improve through research, analysis, UX Design and Experimentation, and helping them mature and scale their own capabilities.
What is the job?
We’re expanding our commercial team and hiring two Account Executives to help us grow our client base and accelerate our commercial momentum.
These are full 360 sales roles. You’ll be responsible for generating outreach activity, qualifying leads, shaping proposals and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
You’ll work closely with our Strategy, UX, Development and Leadership teams to articulate the value of expert-led experimentation and position Creative CX effectively in the market.
This is a hybrid role based in our Central London office, with flexibility to work from home for 3–4 days per week.
We need you to
- Work as part of a small sales team, responsible for the full 360 sales cycle.
- Conduct outbound outreach and prospecting to generate high-quality leads.
- Qualify both inbound and outbound leads effectively.
- Build and maintain a healthy, well-managed pipeline of opportunities.
- Shape proposals collaboratively with our Strategy, UX and Development teams.
- Manage sales conversations and opportunities through to close.
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to outreach and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear pipeline visibility.
- Represent Creative CX at events, conferences and industry meet-ups.
- Provide feedback and insights to help refine our messaging, targeting and sales approach.
You’ll be
- Excellent in front of clients and confident engaging senior stakeholders.
- Commercially driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
- Consultative in your approach, focused on diagnosing client needs and providing effective solutions.
- Knowledgeable about digital, product, experimentation or optimisation practices (or eager to learn).
- Proactive, positive and adaptable.
- Highly organised, maintaining structure and clarity across your pipeline.
- Able to work autonomously while collaborating closely with internal teams.

You’ll have
- Strong experience in B2B sales, ideally within digital, consultancy, technology or experimentation-related industries.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing the full 360 sales process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (we use Pipedrive).
Nice to have
- Experience selling experimentation, optimisation or digital consultancy services.
- An established network within digital, product or marketing communities.
- Experience shaping commercial models and pricing proposals.
- Public speaking or thought-leadership involvement.
