Account Executive

We’re expanding our commercial team and hiring two Account Executives to help us grow our client base and accelerate our commercial momentum.

You’ll be responsible for generating outreach activity, qualifying leads, shaping proposals and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle. You’ll work closely with our Strategy, UX, Development and Leadership teams to articulate the value of expert-led experimentation and position Creative CX effectively in the market.

UX Lead Consultant / Team Lead

We’re looking for a replacement Lead UX Consultant/Team Lead with 8+ years of practical experience in fast-paced digital environments, preferably with consultancy/agency experience. 

The right person will be highly skilled in all UX Research methodologies, plus a strong knowledge of Quant research too, and ideally with leadership and management experience. It will also be useful if they have a good grounding in UX Design.
