Charles oversees the Creative CX team. He’s passionate about making sure our clients are constantly broadening their experimentation models. So they can move seamlessly to the next level – testing everything, everywhere. Over the last 8 years he’s done just that, helping some of the world’s major brands to think of new ways to improve customer experience. Prior to joining Creative CX he helped grow the CRO division at RedEye.

Robert Arwel Hughes Dip DigM

Head of New Business

Robert’s adept at searching out new ways to get more from data and analytics. His role is to assist customers attain breakthrough business results through the application of data and technology. He has an excellent track record, backed by strong technical skills and in-depth domain expertise in the field of digital, acknowledged with a diploma in digital marketing from the IDM. Prior to joining the company, Robert held senior roles at RedEye, Adobe and Monetate advising on all aspects of conversion rate optimisation, personalisation, analytics, testing and user experience design.

Nelson Sousa

Head of Development

Drawing on time spent working with leading brands, Nelson heads up the development team at Creative CX, designing innovative solutions that maximise data-driven results and drive insight across critical areas, such as processes and products. With a strong focus on compliance and quality control, he knows how to get the best out of experimentation tools, analytics solutions and web technologies like HTML(5), CSS, JavaScript, MVC Architectures, PHP, Node JS, MySql and MongoDB.

Henry Burr

Head of Strategy

Henry loves running multi-functional teams and brings bundles of experience gained in digital, B2C, B2B and communications. He’s also adept at building trust, target setting, managing stakeholder relationships and moving projects to completion. Prior to joining Creative, Henry worked at Kaplan and House of Kaizen managing various elements of the CX mix, from personalisation and conversion, to A/B testing and optimisation.
